Suits always show serious in the office. However, this black oversized leather suit looks fashionable and leisure. I use a metal belt to highlight my waist, in order to highlight the hierarchy. Inside the suit is a white dress, the suit is buttoned up to pretend it naked the top. It is implying that people feel pressure inside under the suit or the environment.
